From start to finish, Down Under Waterproofing was sensational. Walt came out to my newly purchased home and assessed the situation in my large basement/crawlspace. His assessment of the situation was accurate, professional and fairly priced. He went above and beyond in his explanation so that I could understand the situation in layman’s terms. I had received several estimates prior, and although they recommended many of the same things, no one had explained why. Walt made me understand the process of what needed to be done and why.

Once the work began, Walt was hands-on and explained every step of the way. The crew that worked on my house was exceptional. Knowledgeable, dependable, professional, respectful and clean. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves, and Walt did a final inspection.
