Max helps coordinate projects, meets with homeowners and commercial property contacts, goes on sales calls, writes estimates, works in the field, and brings hands-on experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, drainage, masonry, concrete, structural stabilization, and restoration work. He also helps coordinate project details with engineers and architects when needed.

Our Approach: Diagnosis Before Repair

That is why we evaluate the full condition before recommending repairs. We look at water paths, groundwater pressure, grading, downspouts, sump pump performance, drainage, foundation cracks, wall movement, masonry deterioration, concrete conditions, wood rot, and older-home structural conditions.
