Down Under Waterproofing cannot provide free estimates to prospective home buyers, buyers under contract, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, inspectors, or other participants in real estate transactions when the request is being used for purchase negotiation, closing deadlines, inspection reports, written findings, or time-sensitive transaction documentation.
These inspections are charged a fee of $1,000, refundable as a credit toward the contract if the prospective buyer purchases the home and has the work performed by Down Under Waterproofing.
