What to Include in Your Estimate Request
You do not need to know the exact cause of the problem before contacting us. A clear description of what you are seeing helps us understand whether the issue is related to water intrusion, foundation movement, drainage, crawl space moisture, masonry deterioration, exterior wall leaks, or structural damage.
Where the Problem Is Happening
Basement, crawl space, foundation wall, garage, exterior wall, retaining wall, steps, chimney, stucco area, Bilco door, or masonry section.
What You Are Seeing
Water, dampness, cracks, bowing, seepage, moldy odors, rotted wood, sagging floors, failed caulking, loose mortar, or drainage problems.
When It Happens
After heavy rain, during spring thaw, during every storm, only in one corner, when the sump pump runs, or all year long.
Helpful Details
Your town, photos if available through the form, best contact information, and whether this is your home or part of a real estate transaction.

Estimate Requests We Commonly Handle
Many properties need more than one type of repair. A wet basement may involve foundation cracks. Crawl space moisture may contribute to wood rot or sagging floors. Masonry or stucco damage may be tied to water intrusion, settlement, or exterior drainage.

View Retaining Wall Services →Why a Diagnosis-Based Estimate Matters
Waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space work, masonry repair, stucco repair, and restoration all depend on the cause of the problem. A quote should not be based only on the visible symptom. The same basement leak may require a different solution depending on whether the water is coming from groundwater pressure, surface drainage, wall cracks, floor joints, exterior openings, or structural movement.
Water Source
We look at where water is entering and whether pressure, drainage, grading, or exterior conditions are contributing.
Structural Condition
We consider whether cracks, bowing, settlement, rotted framing, masonry damage, or support issues are part of the problem.
Long-Term Repair Plan
We recommend repairs designed to address the source, protect the property, and reduce the likelihood of recurring damage.
