Estimates are provided to homeowners FREE OF CHARGE. We will not send salesmen—rather, all estimates are performed by licensed professionals and include, when appropriate, drawings and input from structural engineers.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide free estimates to prospective home buyers and/or participants in real estate transactions. Such estimates will be charged a fee of $1000, which will be refundable as a credit toward the contract if the prospective buyer purchases the home and has the work performed by Down Under Waterproofing.
