Estimates are provided to homeowners FREE OF CHARGE. We will not send salesman but rather all estimates will be performed by licensed professionals and include, when appropriate, drawings and input from structural engineers.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free estimates to prospective home buyers and/or participants in real estate transactions. Such estimates will be charged a fee of $500; refundable as credit to contract if the prospective buyer purchases the home and the work performed by Down Under Waterproofing.
